Marc is Chief Operating Officer at mhance, responsible for ensuring the business operates efficiently, scales effectively, and consistently delivers value for its customers. With over 20 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies and professional services, Marc has held senior leadership roles across Microsoft partner and consultancy organisations, supporting businesses through growth, operational change, and transformation. At mhance, Marc drives operational clarity, performance insight, and continuous improvement across the organisation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and building a healthy, high-performance culture.
As the Chief Sales Officer at mhance, Matt Evans-Peace looks after the Sales and Marketing departments, ensuring that both existing and potential customers are assisted in both identifying and realising the benefits and critically the ongoing value of their investment across Microsoft solutions. Matt has been with the company for over 8 years and has 20 years experience of working in the software industry across roles including Support Management and Account Management. He has built strong relationships with key accounts and Microsoft's Elevate team.
James has over 20 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) – being one of the first partners globally to develop a vertical solution on version 1.0 of the product. Since then he has specialised in solutions within 3 key sectors of construction, sports & hospitality and not-for-profit, however, James’ focus is now primarily on the not-for-profit sector, delivering projects that help charities achieve individual fundraising and campaign objectives.
For the past 28 years, Tory has worked exclusively within the Nonprofit sector and has been instrumental in driving growth and success in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit within mhance. Having worked with many hundreds of organisations of all sizes, she is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact and help organisations achieve their goals.
As Head of PMO, Russ leads our Project Management team and is focused on ensuring we deliver well governed, efficient, successful projects using industry standard techniques. Russ is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and Scrum Master and has over 25 years’ experience working in software / IT delivering projects and programmes utilising Microsoft technology across a number of sectors, more latterly NfP and Membership. Adopting a central delivery function, the PMO team strive for high quality with clear communication and a desire to deliver tangible value for our customers within a well governed framework.
Gerard joined the mhance team in 2002 and has 30 years’ experience working within the Software development sector. His presence and skill set is key to our organisational growth. His team is made up of Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Software Developers. They collectively design, build and manage a growing portfolio of products covering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Business Central, the Power Platform and Azure. Gerard strives to have his innovative team at the forefront of this industry.
Simon is responsible for all financial aspects of mhance including financial reporting, statutory governance, management information and investor relations.
